NWACC Trail Technician Program

Marketing and Outreach 

Graphic Design

The Trail Technician Program at NWACC is a brand new program supported by a grant from the Walton Family Charitable Support Foundation. This program is designed to train the areas workforce of tomorrow in building and maintaining hard and soft surface trails. For this project I continue to provide all marketing support including graphic design, social media and community outreach.

Crystal Bridges
Mobile Wallet 

Project Manager

After facilitating a few activities to uncover user needs, we discovered that one of the top pain points for a guest of the museum was accessing their purchased tickets or membership cards. Through working with our digital agency, we activated mobile wallet tickets which tied into our CRM system - Tessitura. Due to the departure of the project lead, I stepped in to run point for this project as the project manager to support the launch. This included development testing, guest emails, signage, call center and leadership training.

Whistler Group Website

Shopify Developer

This website went through many different iterations before settling on the best one for the customer. Since customers could purchase a product from several different channels and each channel had a different model number, it took a bit of time to determine the best infrastructure. Project management included vendor management for graphics and photography, working with the warehouse to provide products for photoshoots, developing and managing content, item details, and sales information.

Whistler Group Warranty System

Whistler had been running a VERY old custom developed warranty registration system which eventually died and was no longer usable. After researching many 3rd party solutions, I decided to build a custom solution using Knack.

I love working with technology to help make the customer experience better. A customer can now use the website to see the status of a warranty repair which reduces the number of calls to the already under-staffed call center.
